Update to owner response!!!. My tenant heard every word the claimed new owner said as he was standing right next to me the entire conversation. Everything I said was factually correct and to make things worse A and A said the system was lacking maintenance and wanted to charge even more than the ridiculous price they charged, and the tenant told me he never even stepped foot into the house to even check the system out.
