Update to owner response!!!. My tenant heard every word the claimed new owner said as he was standing right next to me the entire conversation. Everything I said was factually correct and to make things worse A and A said the system was lacking maintenance and wanted to charge even more than the ridiculous price they charged, and the tenant told me he never even stepped foot into the house to even check the system out. Excellent Service, knowledge of problem, replacement and Customer Service. Response time to come to my home to repair and replace parts was also excellent. Very kind and curteous staff. Used A&A Heating and & Air Conditioning for HVAC replacement and for plumbing issues. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of their services.
