Absolutely love coming here! Jenny is the best so talented and always with amazing techniques. Everyone on the team is sweet, welcoming, and makes you feel right at home. I especially appreciate how they keep detailed records of each client’s services, which shows how intentional and caring they are. The personalized attention keeps me coming back every time. I was very disappointed with my visit to A&A Hairloft. Blanca was sweet and tried her best, but she did not understand English well, and no one was available to translate. I had to spend a lot of time using translation apps to explain what I wanted, and the blowdry did not come out the way I asked. To fix it, a curling iron was used, but I was not told there would be an extra charge.
