The lady who washed my hair was truly so disrespectful. I am a regular client who always comes for wash and blow dry. She dyed my hair and washed it with such agression and made my clothes wet my face and my back was soaked. I kindly asked her not to wash agresssivly and she proceeded to ignore me and then has the adacuity to tell me “why you being so rude”. Meanwhile she was being inconsiderate. Me, my grandma and little sister went for a haircut, and everyone was warm and listened attentively to all of our demands, while also advising us what looked best. The hair washing was a very agreeable process and the end results speak for themselves ! My grandma’s hair lays really flat, and the person cutting her hair managed to give her a lot of volume.
