This guy shouldn't be trusted. They have dirty business practices. They call you the night before your installation without notice when you have everything cleared out and waiting and then say they won’t come unless you pay in full before installation so you have no recourse if things aren't done properly. In addition to this, the flooring we bought was poor quality and needed replacement within 4 years. They care about money not the customer's experience.

Big store with great selection of flooring. Prices are the same or lower than in other stores. Professional and knowledgeable staff. And their installers are amazing. We just had a beautiful vinyl flooring installed in our full basement. A sitting area, bedroom, laundry room and study area. We had Michael and Dimitri do the work and it was EXCELLENT! We had very good customer service with Stacey and owner Russell. I would highly recommend AA Floors and we hope to do our son's new townhome with them in the future. Excellent overall!

Great selection and excellent installation - very pleased with the final product! The only issue I had was with their return policy - be sure you get exactly what you need before placing the order. There was a bit of miscommunication when trying to return but Myron was very helpful and personally dealt with it in a professional manner - he also helped us find the right product to start. Despite that little hiccup, happy we went there to get the job done.
