Following a flooring installation, we experienced immediate issues including floating floors, cracking noises, and damage to our door and baseboards. These concerns were reported the next day to Anastasia, the receptionist, who was not helpful and suggested redoing the entire flooring rather than arranging a proper assessment or second opinion.
