Ordered Grandeur engineered flooring. What we got was in Grandeur boxes that didn’t match the product # we ordered. Contractor at the time said it was definitely the product we wanted, but put in different boxes for shipping. We needed some more boxes for our reno (8 months later and diff contractor) and grandeur sales rep talking to now says according to the boxes it is a lower grade wood from china not a Grandeur product.
