Called last week to order floor for my house. They said they have the floor I wanted in stock. They took a deposit of $200. We Came today to pick up the floor, they took the entire payment and said I can go to pick up the floor. We went to pick it up at the loading dock, their guys are saying we do not have this floor in stock. We waisted 1/2 day just to come, pay , learn they do not have the floor we need, go back deal with refund which took an hour. WHAT A WASTE of my time.
