I’m sharing my experience with DTRAN Auto so others know what to expect. I originally brought my car in for an oil leak, and the mechanic, Mike, said it was a head gasket issue. I paid a little over $400 for that repair. He told me to keep an eye on the car because he suspected there might be another leak and to bring it back in two weeks if I noticed anything. AVOID IF POSSIBLE; CHEAP PRICES BUT LACKLUSTER WORK. I had gone to see Ernie here previously for an engine tune up; he did fine work and the labor was cheap. Wanting to support a local business I had a good prior experience with, I went again around Christmas to have some leaks fixed. Ernie informed me that the leaks had damaged some plugs and coils so I went ahead and got those replaced as well. My husband and I drove from Crystal River to St Pete to visit family one Sunday recently and our 2004 Jeep Liberty started making an odd noise when accelerating, which started just as we got into St Pete.
