I contact the company (Jim) to clean a storm drain on my property. They came to inspect the location and quoted me $350 to complete the job and said the work can be done the next day. I gave the check to the tenant and expected them to arrive the next day, which the did not. I followed up with few emails and phone calls and got a reply after more than a week that they are sorry and that they could not complete the work due to the rain.
