Arif and his star staff have been helping me with my many business and personal taxes for years. I value his knowledge, services, and human kindness so very much that I have referred him to my family and friends. If I have a questions, he finds the answers and delivers them in a way that I can understand them. In my humble opinion, that speaks volumes for an accountant.
I called seeking assistance with my business tax filing and was informed that there would be a $100 charge for a brief phone consultation. I was also told that the firm is not taking on any new clients, yet the paid consultation was still offered. Additionally, the receptionist who answered the call was unprofessional and rude.
Arif is a super nice human … very knowledgeable I can’t say enough good things about him as a kind business person . We are looking fwd to one day he will be our CPA
FORMER EMPLOYEE (RESIGNED 3 TIMES) AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE: Below are a few things to consider: 1. Incompetent Staff: 2 of the 3 tax preparers DO NOT have even a BACHELOR'S DEGREE in Accounting. One of them doesn't even have a degree. Arif has had 3 receiptionists in 2025 so far! 2. Material Errors Go Unchecked: Please see the attached screenshot.
