I arrived a day early for my appointment, which is something I do now, maybe — showing up ahead of schedule in the vague hope that I’ll be rewarded with approval or a free keychain. Instead, they just took my Mini Cooper and changed the oil, no questions asked. I am so glad that this company was recommended to me! I did not know how much difference there could be from one Automotive service company to another, but these people really stand out from the crowd. My first experience with having work done there was a revelation. They are professional, skilled, thorough, personable and start to finish it was a very satisfying transaction. Never losing their phone number!
When i went to get my transmission fluid changed, Dude i talked on the phone was hella cool and the service was super good! Would take my car here again!
Called to see if they would do a general inspection for a used car i wanted to buy. Everyone was kind, respectful and knowledgeable (being a lady, that's important for me). They got me in within the day and treated me as if I was family. Much appreciated and will use for future car needs!
The service is always great here. I have appreciated their working with me to get things done when I've needed mechanic work on my vehicle(s)! Prices are good. Will be going back when there is a need.
