Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. The woman on the phone was very rude and arrogant. I pitty the others working there!

I had my disabled son come and work here and he was never paid. Genie is not a good person. She takes advantage of her employees and treats people miserably and pays them when she wants to. I would not recommend this company to do anything. They are disorganized, disrespectful, rude and overall unprofessional.

The service that AA Racks and Shelving has provided has been incomparable to any other rack supplier that I've come into contact with. Jose was amazing and very easy to work with. He was very responsive and accommodating. The material was delivered timely and the quality is great.

The only place to buy real US MADE RACK. Just stopped here today after being screwed over by another rack company who sold me import/fake rack and these guys are LEGIT. I’m not well versed in the racking industry and Genie helped and informed me throughout the entire purchasing process. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful! I will be back!!
