Our dryer needs parts to repair...they call to make several appointments to install the parts, but never show up. We call back and first time they changed the appointment time. Second time they say they have no part to repair... If there is no available part, why do you even make an appointment with us? The worst is that not making any call to cancel the appointment and make us wait endlessly. Extremely bad experience with them and suggest not to do business with them if possible
