I have had 1 for 10 years. I got a second 5 years ago. They are both 10×20.. at one point we had 5x10 for my wife's Craft's. Yes there was a time period when the gate was screwed up and would not close or open . It took a bit but this situation was rendered completely. Now it works fine. It was very frustrating because I have a Painting Company and as such 1 of my unit's is my shop. Being locked out, because the gate would not open,with a job starting the next day, when my rent was paid, was extremely angering.. With that sa... read more

Horrible! They never answer their phone, leave units overlooked for weeks after they have been paid in full and units are always getting broke into. The worst most unprofessional owners imaginable!

These Units are very affordable and convenient for us. the office people are just hard to get ahold of. I would highly recommend and the auto payments usually come out on time.
