Shane came out after a long hot day to get our critical cooling system functioning properly in under an hour. A&A probably isn't the "cheapest HVAC game in town," but I've always gotten a fair value, knowledgeable, friendly people, and a completed job on the multiple occasions I have had the pleasure of working with them.

We had an air conditioning unit go out in the start of triple digit heat wave. They were able to schedule us right away. Michael came out and was able to fix the unit. Michael was great. Knowledgeable and super nice.

I'm a realtor that rely on HVAC companies all the time. I'm in the middle of a purchase right now and they said they would not come out and inspect the unit or give us quote until escrow closes. How would it make sense to have a buyer purchase a home without knowing the expense of the HVAC. The buyers are willing to pay for them to go out so I don't know what this companies problem is. Terrible customer service. I would recommend going with someone else especially if you're purchasing a home.

All I needed was a furnace igniter. They were most gracious in selling me one, unlike most of their competitors.
