Customer service was flat. Since you felt the need to reply. I did not try to use your facility. I googled what I was in search of and your facility's address was one listed, so I came there for that reason and that reason alone. You ma'am, however, was rude and flat. Your customer service is poor, or just had a problem with my blackness, because you didn't have to be so rude. I was not rude to you, or upset in any manner. I called 2 months ago and canceled my storage spot and was told it was canceled, I just called and was told if I didn’t fill out a form for moving out I would still be billed for the spot. So heads up I’m out $160.00 for trusting the office I called. I would give them a 0 stars for there office people if I could.
