Called AA Waterproofing and scheduled an appointment for an estimate to get my basement waterproofed. Gave them my address and scheduled the appointment for 10 days later. 1 1/2 hours before my appointment they called to say I am not in there servicing area. I'm glad I changed my work schedule around to be here. Very unprofessional.
