Scheduling was easy. Consultant educated me on process and water management system. Learned a heck of alot about foundation and how water damages a home when there’s no water management system installed.
We had water coming into our basement, and not knowing the cause, I first called a plumber, who told me it was not a plumbing issue. I then called three foundation repair / waterproofing companies to do inspections and propose solutions for the leak. The first guy came out and did a thorough inspection, showing us a lot of apparent moisture in the basement and proposing a $20,000 basement waterproofing solution, which we were unhappily preparing to do. We hired AA Waterproofing to install a new drainage system in our basement. From the start, they were very professional and we were very pleased with their work. Would definitely recommend.
We had multiple cracks in our foundation, which resulted in water in our basement. We interviewed three companies, all of which were recommended to us by the restoration company. What we liked about Jason (and AA Action) was that he listened and didn't just push the most expensive option on us.
