Our stuff got packed with snow because the door dont close right. Said something and was basically questioned if we damaged the door. Don't think they even bothered to fix it. Customer service was so bad we moved our stuff out
It is the worst storage unit company I have ever had to deal with! Wont give belongings to people that own the stuff, even with proof, paperwork and titles, and everything. Even had to call cops and get them involved. Bad business etiquette!
Very bad customer service. Seem like they want the stuff you store there. Would not recommend
