I had a very disappointing experience with this shop’s customer service. I requested a specific degree of caster for my alignment, but when I called to follow up, the man on the phone told me, in a very condescending tone, “You can’t have it your way—it’s not in the program.” Not only was his attitude dismissive and unprofessional, but it also would have been helpful to know that my request couldn’t be accommodated before they went ahead with the alignment.
