Top notch in every way. From the timing of the quote, to the quote itself (much cheaper than other shops in the area), to the service and the actual workmanship - I couldn’t ask for more. Our car had some damage, as we were involved in a small accident, and it’s like nothing ever happened at all. A4 got our rim repaired to look as good as new, fixed any dents and discolouration on the body, and re-painted beautifully. Paint matching was perfect, but filled my rear quarter panel with bondo, for a rust spot 2cm across. Left bodyfiller exposed without paint, rust will definitely return soon. Cost me close to $700 (after a 10% discount) for 2cm of surface rust to be improperly fixed. Instead of offering a refund, guy patched it up on the spot and sent me on my way with wet paint on my car. You’re better off doing this work yourself over a weekend.
