I called to have my battery replaced. The chair only was actually used about 75 times since I owned it. It sat dormant for a few years, so I had to replace the battery. The charge was over $300 for the tech to come out and replace the batteries. After he left, it ran up and down about 5 times then blew a fuse. I called the company to tell them the chair wasn't working. The tech came back out and kept blowing fuses (which I supplied).
