A4 Access just completed installation of a LULA on my commercial project. As this was the first elevator I have installed on a project, I was a bit apprehensive. From the start A4 was top notch. They guided me through the entire process and answered all the questions I had. At the end of the project, due to delayed permanent power from the utility company, A4 was able to work to get back on site quickly and get the project wrapped up prior to the building final inspection. They installed our elevator when we built our house 10 years ago. Thanks to DTE, we had our first need for any type of service since then. Called on a Tuesday and they were out here Friday. They are fast, polite and most of all fair. They fixed the issue caused by DTE, checked everything out and did some preventative maintenance that was long overdue and were on their way in an hour or so. Could not be happier with the service that we received.

I called to have my battery replaced. The chair only was actually used about 75 times since I owned it. It sat dormant for a few years, so I had to replace the battery. The charge was over $300 for the tech to come out and replace the batteries. After he left, it ran up and down about 5 times then blew a fuse. I called the company to tell them the chair wasn't working. The tech came back out and kept blowing fuses (which I supplied). He ended up directly connecting the wires from the battery pack to the motor and seized the ... read more
