I will say they did a good job putting the new roof on but I never got an invoice saying I paid and I have been calling and leaving messages and still no return call, it says you also get a free wind mitigation report when you get your invoice but I got neither and now have to pay $175 to get a wind mitigation to prove to my insurance company that I have a new roof. The office number doesn’t work and he never answers his cell phone. They put new skylights in that I hate they came back once to reclean them but still looks awf... read more
They did are roof, good service, they were very quick on response and job is very good. The reason for one star is the after service…we’ve been calling, texting, sending emails for several weeks already and no response. This is very disappointing
Update Oct. 2024 - After Hurricane Milton/Helene, I thought I had some roof-related ceiling leaking (it wasn't the roof, it was a window issue). Armando and his assistant still came out immediately and inspected my roof. When you get a new roof from Armando, he stands by his work, even years later. Armando and his crew did an absolutely WONDERFUL job replacing the shingle roof on my house and garage building this month (June 2020). Didn't even want to give one star but it requires something. The instal of my fence was a complete unprofessional and done so poorly and now they won't fix it ! 37 degree winds blowing my fence down but I'm told oh well . They didn't mix concrete they didn't go down far enough the old man on site was beyond rude and the crew fought the whole time. Old man told my spouse put her in hotel.( i work 4 10 hour nights and that was his solution to get instal done ( because it was cold) he then asked for trash bags and complained st... read more
