This was my first time going to A3 Customs and I couldn't say enough fantastic things about them. From the friendly customer service at the front desk to the highly skilled mechanics and attention to detail they have. My 1934 Ford was having issues starting/running, and their team went through it very thoroughly and fixed everything that either was an issue or was going to quickly become an issue. A3 Customs and Gary and staff are AaaaaMAZING! They fit me in on a day they were super busy and on a weekend day. I had been careless for two weeks for a check engine light issue and car jerking, diagnosed at Autozone as electrical coil issues. Gary got me right in took a look diagnosed the problem and was ready to order parts. No hesitation just great service. Gary completely re-did my 89’ ford ranger that was pretty much ruined by another “auto repair” place. Gary and crew did a fantastic job on my Ranger, honest and up front all through the project. We would highly recommend A3 Auto & Restoration.
Gary and company were outstanding in quickly identifying and repairing the issues I had with my suspension and air conditioning. Super friendly staff, quick turnaround time, and excellent communication all the way in between. I would recommend A3 to anyone in the Charlotte area here looking for auto restoration/repair services and to support local businesses. Shoutout A3! Thanks to them, I’ll be riding cool this summer.
My experience at A3 was top notch. I was looking for a place close to the university area to change my break pads and rotate my tires for me, and I found them online. They did a great job for a super fair price (especially considering how much commercial places charge). If you're a student, this is a place you can trust. Gary is the man, great at communicating, and the shop reflects that. Very hometown feel. I'll definitely be going back for all future work I can't do myself!
