I pulled up after 7PM with no warning at all because I saw the OPEN light on and walked right in. Brian said sure he'd come listen to my weird sound. He took the car for a quick spin up and down the road to confirm it was what he thought, then put in some conditioning additive for me from a new sealed can and told me to drive it a few days and let him know what happened. This is by far the best auto shop I've ever used, without exaggeration. Brian, the owner, personally diagnoses and works on each car, and explains your car's problems in a way you'll understand, even if your automotive knowledge is rather lacking, like mine is. I have yet to see better prices in Utah, or any other place I've lived. Plus there's a really sweet resident garage kitty named Otis to play with.
I dropped my car off for a major motor repair in the morning and picked it up the same night. Real straight forward. Only had to pay what I was quoted and didn't show up to find I owed anymore. Thanks fellas.
