A2Z hires a lawn care team to cut grass in our Stonington community. Many houses now have cuts in the siding due to poor lawn care services. A2Z simply wrote to the entire community that we should email lawn care team individually regarding damages. I've emailed both A2Z and the lawn care team multiple times, and I’ve called A2Z. Extremely disappointed with this property management company. I have made multiple attempts over the course of several months to contact them by both phone and email regarding important issues, and I have received little to no response. Calls go unanswered, voicemails are ignored, and emails never receive follow-up. As a resident, basic communication and responsiveness should be the bare minimum. Choose A2Z if you’d like a property management company that never responds to even the most basic questions/concerns. Our new Hockessin neighborhood was partnered with A2Z by the builder and most owners are completely dissatisfied with the level of service provided, especially considering the outrageous HOA fee we pay annually.
