If I could give this business a zero, I would do so. I secured services for a fence installation through Lowe’s Home Improvement in Midland Texas. Lowe’s contracted the work out to A2Z. A2Z sent out an incompetent installer who could barely speak English. Due to his incompetent craftsmanship, the fence looked as if it was 4-5 years old within days after the installation. I went in person and knocked and no one would answer, you can hear these people nonchalantly talking in their cubicles
This so called Professional Remodeling company (A2Z) hires individuals who do not have the expertise for WINDOW installation. The kicker is that Lowe's Home Improvement contracted them out to do a very expensive hack job! Shame on El Paso for allowing this company to continue to do sub-par work at premium prices!
