I was worried about transferring my data to a new phone. But Shakeel got it sorted and everything is working perfectly. A very nice kind person.
Ahmed replaced the battery on my series 7 Apple Watch and repaired the screen which was quite scratched. Straight up he said “I can make it 95% better” and he was right. Gave me the cost up front, fixed it overnight- even opened briefly on Anzac Day for me to pick up for the weekend. Definitely recommend!
My iPhone went off suddenly whilst charging and I was unable to switch it back on, even with a reset. Shakeel was able to diagnose the problem (battery) and fix it whilst I waited. He even cleaned out the dust in the cameras at no charge. Reliable, honest service. Highly recommended.
Thank you so much Shakeel for fixing my phone. I went there Saturday afternoon devastated as I thought I'd lose all my photos and videos that were not backed up... especially as some were of my recently passed away Mum. Shakeel had my new screen ordered on the spot and it was replaced and ready for collection Monday afternoon. My phone feels brand new. I can't thank him enough. Wonderful local service!
