Beyond disappointed to say the least. I’ve been a customer for 2 years now, always tip 15-20$ and had great experience until recently. I’ve had 3 appointments booked that were canceled day of due to them being too busy with walk ins. Recently (the picture below) I had asked for my acrylics to be taken off and immediately noticed a change in their behavior. They tried convincing me to get another set for $70…. We just moved to the area and we're looking for a good nail salon to go to. I had asked around in Facebook and had a lot of suggestions for this salon so we decided to give a try and we were not disappointed. They were able to get us in the pedicure chairs right away. They were very attentive once they were able to get to us. My 6 yr daughter had a blast and the work was wonderful. We will definitely be coming back.
These lady's and gentlemen that work here are so nice they close at 7:30 my wife walked in at 7 they told her to have a seat and its 7:30 and there doing her toe nails now and are still doing buisness its like a diffrent part of the world here anywhere else would have said no we close at 7:30 but not this place i give them a 100 percent praise thank you for what you do everyday

Terrible experience getting an eyebrow wax. Never had a worse waxing. The lady burned my skin when she applied the wax, but took too long to spread the wax. Then the wax got in my hair despite having it pulled back. When it was done, I explained that there was a lot left unwaxed, but she refused to fix it. Very disappointed!
