Don't make my mistake; get a quote for labor charges UP FRONT. A2Z charged me $94 per hour, plus tax, for routine plumbing work. When I told Darline, a co-owner, that I believed I was RIPPED OFF, she assured me that was their standard rate unless you had a service contract with them. Oh, now I feel much better.
