So I have suffered from Depression, social anxiety, HDAD, and extreme anger my whole life, I find it really hard just being myself and not closed off to everyone, or caring to much about something that doesn’t matter, and then hyperfocusing on it to the point of self distraction. I'm a big believer in positive thinking and find A2Z's methods go right along with that view. Believe in yourself, believe in the process, and you'll see the desired change. I have recommended A2Z to friends and family and they too have seen positive changes. Give it a try and let go of whatever is weighing you down.
Shares what goes on your private sessions with others. Doesn't tell you directly, if there is still an issue or no growth, tells your spouse instead. Not a real therapist, if he can't discuss things directly to the person that is being helped.
My wife was going through a double dose of depression from baby blues and the recent death of her sister.
