I had an appointment for a cleaning, I was then informed after my x-rays, I need a deep clean, I was not told that I could refuse the deep clean. I left with my cleaning not completed. This was all the time I had. I do not like the female dentist, she was condescending to my issues that’ll prevent me from being able to schedule or pay for it. She made me feel like my time was worth nothing. She needs to work on her people skills.
