I have been coming to this salon since I moved to the neighborhood about a year ago and used to visit multiple times a month, sometimes even twice a week. I never had any issues until today. I’ve never left a bad review in my life and genuinely would have let this go if Tina hadn’t responded the way she did, but they most definitely deserve this review. So my sister and I decided to get our hair done on a random Tuesday. I don’t normally have a set hair salon I like to try different ones. And I am completely in awe of this place. It really is a hidden gem. There was a bit of miscommunication but both errors were fixed without any hesitation. The place itself is a very clean environment. I had no trouble with parking. I recently moved back to LI from FL and was due for a Japanese straightening treatment. I found A2 Pretty Hair walking in Bellmore village. I have to admit I was a little nervous having this treatment done by someone I didn’t know but I am so happy I had Tina do this straightening!! I have been getting these treatments for 14 yrs and this process was a quarter of the time (and price)! Tina did not disappoint one bit! I will definitely be going back to Tina for all my hair needs moving forward!
