One of the best apartments I've toured in Baltimore, MD. Viktoria Allen was a fantastic person to work with. When touring, she told me that the building was made of concrete even before I could ask. For me, this was a very important distinction from other apartments as noise has traveled very easily in apartments that were not made up of concrete. Anthem House and A2 are wonderful places to live. I've been here for almost 5 years - one main reason being the maintenance team. Of the few maintenance issues I've had, they have all been addressed in less than 48 hours. A special shoutout to Dionte - Anthem House is lucky to have him and I hope he stays here. I also have to shoutout Judy at reception, she is the sweetest and always so helpful and kind!
I've lived here for 8 years and it's been wonderful!! The maintenance staff is very responsive, the building is well maintained and the front desk/security is top notch. Bonnie is the best!! Would recommend living here if you want a safe, easy living experience with great amenities!
