Similar to what other customers mentioned, he’s a nice guy but his professionalism, customer service, and business acumen all need work. He installed a sprinkler system for me that isn’t fully operational and resulted in some of the hedges he planted (and also suggested to plant) dying. I followed up several times and there was excuse after excuse. I checked his license number and saw that his license was suspended. I hired Albert to fix sprinkler values that were leaking. I paid him a lot of money to fix the problem. A about a week after he finished I checked to see if the leak was fixed. It was still leaking. I called him. He never returned my call, never fixed the leak and never refunded my money. Took him to court and won the judgment. He still hasn't returned my money. Just found out his license has been suspended. I would never recommend this guy to anyone.
Nice guy, but horrible service! It took him 9 months to complete our job. 5 months after the job is complete, some of the work has shown how he skimped and saved to his benefit. Don't use this guy!
