HORRIBLE installation!!! Sales went well. Vivian was great to work with. We were given a very good price and agreed to the granite countertop. That's where the good experience ended...Their deposit was high (75%!!) but it was to be a quick turnaround so I agreed. Then I found out they took 100% in 2 transactions THE SAME DAY! When the installation was totally horrible and not the installation solution they suggested at templating, not only did I have NO recourse (they already had all of my $$) but the response from the owner... read more
