I kept calling during 3 weeks to have someone come to my house to measure my yard and give an estimate to renew it, in the fourth week, the guy called me and after various hours, he showed up to take the measurements. The guy promised an estimate on next day, I called him after two days and he promised (again), an email with the estimate at the end of the day, nothing happened. After four days, he called me again, may be to ask for more information, I don't know, I only informed him that I hired other Company to do the work.... read more
Tried to get an estimate for rocks for my driveway, went there three times, promises, promises to have someone call me but no call. Poor customer service. They claim their estimator is "busy" but if an estimator does not even try to call, that is total lack of caring and poor customer service. If I ran my business like this, I would be out of business. It is disappointing because I wanted to keep my business local, but not at the expense of service
Excellent plants, prices and service!!!
I went to A1A Sod Sand & Soil just to get some mulch. I left with beautiful accessories for my yard and some absolutely beautiful plants. The staff was really friendly and helpful in suggesting which plants would be best for me. They also were so helpful in telling me how to care for the plants so that they will last a very long time. I will recommend them to my friends and I know they will be happy.
These guys are A1A+++ 5 star all the way. The quality of products, professionalism and service is beyond exceptional. As a contractor I highly recommend them.
