There were rats in my unit . There was a hole in the ceiling that the rats came in . They said they would call me back it’s been 2 months . I have paid for over a year of storage fees and have damage to my items due to rats
New management, Ray, is awful! Wrongfully cancelled a spot to probably earn more money. Lied saying my dad went and cancelled the spot and when he asked for videotape proof of him doing it, Ray said that’s not going happen. Will tell people to stay away!
I have been a customer for about 6 years. I waited for a spot to open up that I wanted for years. Finally I got that spot. Recently, I moved my camper to a temporary inside location for the latest mandatory Hurricane evacuation. When driving by yesterday I noticed someone in my spot. I call and talked to Ray(the new manager) where he told me his assistant spoke to my husband where he said we were leaving the complex, THIS WAS A TOTAL LIE!!!!! The absolute worst Mike the " manager" yelled at me accused me of looking for a fight when I requested a rebate of a half month rent the most unprofessional person ever so rude and ignorant!!!!! Stay away from this place!!!! He should not be in business!!!!! Horrible!
A1A is the best storage I have ever used in Ponte Vedra Beach, They are clean the customer service is outstanding and my household goods are so safe there. The Manager Victoria lives on site to keep my things safe. If you need storage I wouldn't go anywhere but A1A Self Storage. They are not like Public Storage that get you in with the scam discount and within months they raise your rate to make up for the discount you received don't fall for it.
