As this was my first usage of a Self Storage facility, I found the staff to be very professional, amendable and attentive to my needs and questions. Their attitude towards me, as a customer, helped ease the stresses of moving in and out of my home during renovation process, a big disruption in itself. If ever I need to use such a service again, I won't hesitate to approach the staff at A1A to meet my needs.
Really nice people work here. Jennifer was great. She set us up with a unit in a few minutes & was very friendly & fun.This place is by far the most convenient and secure storage facility in Pompano Beach. i like that they have 24 hour access available and video monitoring. I'm soo glad I found this place.
Jennifer at A1A Self Storage rocks! I only rented for a month (for work) and she was totally professional and accommodating. They have the best pricing in Pompano Beach. We went in last weekend to pick up boxes and it was pretty busy. Although we had to wait a bit to pay, Jennifer was really apologetic and nice. If you are debating places similar in price and location- use A1A Self Storage!
