Terrible customer service. Twice they gave me a unit and twice it was occupied and trashed. Come move in day, I had to source a new unit on the spot. Will not answer the phone and still waiting on a refund. While I was there, another tenant got charged another month after they moved out and was still waiting on a refund... The owner is never there, only a part time employee. He's a nice guy but doesn't know the procedure for anything telling me to come back when the owner is present
If in need of a storage nice place to have one
As usual customer service reigns supreme which staff at A1A surely have achieved. Highly recommended..
