Nice and on time
If you can get a driver to show up,( which 90% of the time, they don't) it won't be on time. Also, be prepared for them to drive badly, have a dirty transport and have the driver talk and curse on their phone while you're in the vehicle. If you like those kind of things.....this rides for you. If not, I suggest filing a grievance with your provider to have them excluded off the list of available companies. I don't know how Anthem keeps assigning them transports. They are a joke!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Never make it to appointments on time when using this company. I owe $153 in late cancelation fees now due to the owner lying about being able to fulfill his professional obligation. The last time I rode with this company, the owner was on the phone with someone talking about having sex with a woman. I asked to not be placed with his company again.
