Very poor customer service – My father-in-law's car broke down in Richmond on 31st Street and AAA was called to have a tow truck take it to AAMCO. The tow truck driver not only was very rude and belligerent but preceded to call my wife a liar when she was trying to tell the driver the exact location of the car.
