This tech was hired through my home warranty company . Very unprofessional communication , after he was paid for the initial service call, he dropped the ball and took a while to come complete the job. I went too long without hot water & When he returned he was very rude and left without even saying the job was completed .
Very professional and fixed what needed to be fixed. I will always tell my friends and family about my experience
