A friends ashes was wrongly and without consent placed in storage at this facility. The storage owner did not pay her fees and is now 1400 over due. After offering to pay half of the fee (that was not their own) this company still won’t hand over the remains. I understand this is a business, however, this business that is only concerned with money. I wouldn’t store your items here if you could help it. So shady.
So we have rented this storage and my wife and I had very important stuff on this storage and it ruined alot of our stuff and they will not take amy responsibility for what has happen to our stuff they have me locked out my storage at the moment and they said I signed something stating that they are not responsible for stuff in storage if it is ruined by damages I am quite sure there was rain and flooding inside of it and they are still trying to charge us I would highly recommend reading anything on this storage unit and wo... read more
