Punctual, polite, they always get my jobs done correctly at a fair price and in a timely manner
this is an amazing shop that saved me a ton of time and money. My tires blew while I was three hours away from home, called them 10 minutes before they closed, They said come right over. Ended up having to go get some tires and the owner and mechanic stayed till 7 pm helping me out. They saved me a full day of driving and gave me a great price. Thank you to charlie and to the owner!!!
Customer Warning: I recently contacted A1 Stop Shop for a tire mount and balance. When I called, the front desk representative, Eva, was rude and dismissive. I made it clear multiple times that I needed both mounting and balancing, but when I arrived, she repeatedly acted as if I had only requested mounting. She then argued with me about what I had said, instead of simply confirming the service I requested. Professional service and knowledgeable technicians working here. I got estimates from other garages to lift my Tacoma and upgrade my rims & tires. Some prices were too high or the technician was shady. I decided to go with A1 because of their friendly, knowledgeable staff and great prices on their products.
