We received incredible service! We are new home owners and our house completely flooded; we had no idea what to do and was so stressed out. Tony and his team took us from flood mitigation all the way to new floors and repairs. Not to mention, he was kind to our kids and family. We knew we were in good hands.
They changed our floors from old brown carpet (circa 1989, what was people thinking back then?!) To brand new linoleum in a blink of an eye! We have 2 girls and 1 dog, they moved around the house VERY FAST. 100% recommend Thank Tony! Your company is awesome!!!
I had a pipe burst and 1-2 feet of standing water in my basement in December of 2022, and Tony arrived to scope the job the same day I called him. His team was quick to clean, friendly and tried to lighten my mood in a pretty frustrating time. I had issues with Insurance covering the total cost of remediation, and Tony was brought back in 6 months later to provide information that was needed by insurance to cover more of the cost for remediation. I'm not sure why people gave this company good ratings. He was incredibly rude to me on the phone when I called for a quote. He got irritated when I said that I understand the work involved and he told me to do it myself. I'm not sure why that was so threatening to him, but it really made him mad.
Tony is wonderful! Thank you so much for your support. He is a wealth of knowledge and patiently answered any questions I have. We were stressed after the flood and Tony helped us find a quick solution within our budget. So grateful we found A1!! THANK YOU :)
