Had four irrigation valves installed. One leaked almost immediately. Told by another company that ***** had a crack. Tried to get thm to fix it. Initially said they would come out in a day or two Never showed. Contacted them again. Said they tried to call me. No record of call. Now they could not come to next week. Very evasive. Ended up having to use another company to fix the problem. I would not trust this company. We have been in business for over 20 years. We pride ourselves in our integrity. We have been in business for over 20 years. We pride ourselves in our integrity. We have had zero complaints with the BBB in our course of our existence. We made an honest attempt to honor our warranty, but the customer was not willing to wait a few more days. Our A+ rating with BBB speaks for itself. Really dont believe the customer was willing to let us honor our warranty. He did not give us an ample amount of time to get out there.
