I can’t say anything bad. At all. I’ve had A1 Sparkles in my apartment twice and the technician has always gone above and beyond. I had an appointment to remove some stains from my pet being sick. Today, I had an emergency with my pet and couldn’t be home during the appointment window. A1 Sparkles was fantastic with accommodating me and I came home to a stainless carpet! Amazing work and service! Thank you!

I contacted their customer service team on Friday, June 1st regarding damage that was done to 2 of my toilets by their technicians. While dumping dirty water the porcelain was scratched. After receiving no response by the afternoon of Monday, June 4th I followed up. I was told the owner was going to contact me directly but he was out of the office that day. 48 hours later I still have not received a phone call or email from anyone. We used A1 Sparkles to clean our rugs. We are very pleased with their work. They picked them up and returned them within two weeks. They returned the rugs and the furniture to their original spots. Rugs look and smell great.
