This nightmare with A1 Solar started months ago. After installing the solar panels on my mother’s home - collecting their money up front for installation - the company has not followed through with their promises for repair. The solar hasn’t worked in months. A1 has not honored their warranty or followed through with any of their promises. Do not do business with these folks. We never complain but this company should not be trusted. There are other solar companies in the Kansas City area.
I would recommend this company for nothing, not even if they offered a buy one get one sale..
