Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. The technician (an older gent who claimed he was the owner) stayed on his phone the entire time, completely ignored my presence when I arrived, and even tried to skip me for another customer. The worst part was when he took my keys. I told him twice not to roll down the window because it's broken and won't roll back up.
