plugged up drain We had a plugged up drain in our basement so we called A-1. They came out the same day to fix the drain. He was great, very friendly and knew exactly where and what the problem was. It was fixed within 10 minutes. He also gave us tips for keeping that specific drain that leads to the main unclogged from now on. It was a flat rate so there were no ridiculous charges. He had been working very long days lately but still was as friendly and helpful.
