We used this company based on reviews and knowledge of prior owner. Absolutely horrendous service and the entire crew has no idea what they're doing. First, they tried to pull the wool over our eyes to install a used unit despite the fact that we had already paid them for a brand new York unit. We ordered the York based on their recommendations and they installed a 5 ton which is too large for our house size and duct work so when it didn't work they cut multiple holes in the housing to try to make the mismatch work. Unresponsive. We've tried for 4 different days to have A1 come help finish installation of a mini-split system. The very courteous assistant who answers the phone in the mornings will make an appointment, but the boss will not show up, not answer phone calls, nor respond to messages. Doesn't seem like they want the work.
