I had them come out to pump my septic tank in january. after beginning pumping, they tell me its full of water but continue to pump and take my money, when they knew that wasn't the problem to begin with, because the kids they sent out told me it wasnt full other than water backing up. didnt even fully pump it, its still overflowing with water and we have to have someone else come out and actually fix the real problem, since they didn't even try to help resolve it. we're out 350 dollars and still having the same problems. so... read more

A-1 Septic of Southport, FL are exceptional to work with. They handled all of our requests and problems with professionalism, courtesy, and caring in a very timely manner. Highest marks to A-1 Septic's staff. I recommend them to anyone needing septic, or fill-dirt, work.
They offer good pricing on dirt work but terrible customer service and quality of work sucks.
Not again. UNPROFESSIONAL and attitude when they dont get away it with wasting your time with excuses.
