If I could give 0 stars I would! My unit lock was tampered with previously then broken into and thousands of dollars of my personal items were taken and when I asked the manager to see the tapes they said the cops would take a look, but when I called they said they can’t do anything. The manager also declined to show me the surveillance tapes of my unit and the managers at both the ABQ and Santa Fe locations were extremely rude. The units got broken into and the manager was very rude and disrespectful. He did not offer any help and continued yelling at me and my family. I have been with this storage for years and have had my unit broken into twice. This time the manager didn’t know nothing and wasn’t helpful in any way. Just kept being disrespectful.

A1 storage on Academy is great! Amy is so nice, and she takes pride in her work. Any issues are solved right away. The units are clean and there are cameras all over. Your stuff is safe.
